As our new Project / Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering complex, high-profile marketing and fundraising campaigns across the full spectrum of marketing channels, including digital, print, and out-of-home channels.

You’ll work closely with our Founder and a talented network of highly experienced strategists, copywriters, art directors, and designers - as well as trusted external partners to deliver high performing projects.

This role offers excellent potential for growth as the agency scales. It’s ideal for someone already working as an Account Manager, or a confident Account Executive ready to take the next step in their career.

About you
You’re an organised and confident person, with strong attention to detail, a willingness to adapt and learn, with a passion for purpose-led work. You enjoy working in fast-paced environments and thrive on managing complex, multi-channel campaigns.

You’re a proactive problem-solver and an exceptional communicator. You’re also a natural collaborator who builds trust with both clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated and stand-alone fundraising and marketing campaigns.

  • Source and share all relevant project information efficiently - including the sourcing of creative content for campaigns.

  • Manage the full creative process, including writing clear creative briefs, managing client feedback, and maintaining creative integrity.

  • Develop and oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

  • Monitor campaign progress and report performance regularly.

  • Oversee the production process, working with external agencies including printers and developers as required.

  • Demonstrate exemplary client management skills including developing strong relationships, keeping in regular contact in person and on the phone, scheduling meetings, providing agendas and contact reports, and ensuring all client requests and discussions are acted upon in a timely manner.

  • Communicate confidently and effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, and expertly process and relay client feedback to teams in a constructive manner.

  • Demonstrate strong written communication skills, including creative brief writing, summarising research and insights, proofreading, and presenting.

  • Be proactive in developing your own knowledge of the fundraising sector. Including client’s key competitors and marketplace trends and issues.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in an account / project management role, within a creative, marketing, or fundraising agency.

  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel direct marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels (e.g. direct mail, email, paid social, inserts, press, out of home).

  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, with high attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

  • Confident budget management and resource tracking.

  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello) - desirable.

  • Experience in the charity/fundraising or not-for-profit sector - desirable.
