We can help you reach your audience across a multitude of channels. Our networked model means we can help you activate paid social campaigns, support with print and production, or source cold media for channels like inserts, door drops, press and cold direct mail.

We're a networked team of experienced freelancers and consultants, coming together to provide a full-service agency offering to the charity sector. We're a mix of strategists, project managers, creatives, data analysts and partner agencies. Our flexible structure means we can scale up or down depending on your needs. We act as an extension of your team, and our flexible structure means your budgets go further.


Founder & Lead Strategist

Alex Baker


Alex launched The Collective in 2019 in response to a growing need for more cost-effective and collaborative work across the charity sector. Alex is the lead strategist and project director, and brings his client and charity-side experience to help organisations thrive.

Creative Director & Senior Copywriter

Georgie Baker


Georgie has worked with charities for many years, and became a freelance writer after working as a Creative Director at one of the UK's biggest fundraising agencies. Georgie brings a highly strategic perspective, and helps our clients get to the heart of any challenge.


Art Director & Designer

Caroline Glover


Caroline helps non-profits raise money and amplify their voices. She especially passionate about women's rights and LGBTQ+ issues, and has recently completed an MA in Eco-Social Design, and considers herself at the intersection of activist, designer and artist.


Digital Marketing Consultant

Pippa Aldrich


Pippa has worked both charity (RSPCA) and agency side over the years, and helps charities of all sizes boost their digital presence - driving awareness and response through Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Ads and paid social channels.

Claire has partnered with The Collective since the very beginning, and has been crafting responsive and engaging campaigns for the sector for many years. Claire has a flair for creative concepts, always bringing a new perspective to our client briefs.

Becky Hobden


Becky is an experienced writer, working collaboratively with our Art Directors to develop new stand-out creative ideas, new products and responsive long and short-form copy. Becky has worked on some of the most successful campaigns in the sector in recent years.

Stuart McCoy


Stuart has worked with non-profits for over 20 years, both client and agency side. He helps charities find common purpose between cause and audience. He's an expert at delivering data-led strategies, supporter-centred insight & fundraising models for a range of causes.
